Star-Field Protocols

1. The Cosmic Agreement +

These Protocols ("Rules") govern your trajectory through ZodiacBlitz, encompassing all missions, expeditions, and community interactions (the "Adventure"). By crossing the event horizon into our platform, you affirm that you have studied, understood, and pledged to follow these Rules. If you defy them, you must exit the station instantly.

2. Nature of the Realm — Risk-Free Astral Play +

ZodiacBlitz offers high-acceleration expeditions for pure recreation and social connection. No real-world currency is involved. Virtual tokens, star-relics, points, or collectibles amassed (the "Celestial Assets"):

  • possess no monetary value,
  • cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any worldly rewards, and
  • exist solely within our cosmic ecosystem.

Mission outcomes are designed for entertainment only and carry no financial weight in the physical world.

3. Explorer Enrollment and Security +

a) The Access Rite:

Join our ranks by providing your email and personal details through our secure star-gate.

b) Accuracy of Data:

You pledge to provide only accurate, current, and complete information throughout your stay in the constellation.

c) Station Protection:

You are the steward of your own credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your alias. Notify us if your station access is compromised.

d) Single Presence:

Each explorer is permitted only one active profile. Use of automated scripts or multiple identities is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of the Explorer +

Your participation in the Adventure is for personal joy and social interaction. You swear to avoid:

  • violating any federal laws or regional Canadian decrees;
  • skewing mission results or exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
  • using automated bots, cheats, or forbidden third-party tools;
  • assaulting the station's servers or community peace;
  • infecting the nebula with malicious code or dark content;
  • harassing other explorers or using a false identity; or
  • breaching the data-clusters of other members.

Station Command reserves the right to exile violators and terminate access at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights +

a) Station Property:

All software, art, star-charts, echoes, and interfaces within the Adventure are the property of ZodiacBlitz or our allies. We grant you a temporary, revocable right to experience the Adventure for fun.

b) User Contributions:

When sharing content (aliases or chat), you grant the Station a universal, royalty-free right to use these works to enhance the galaxy. You remain responsible for your words.

6. Celestial Assets and Progress +

Relics and mission progress are gifted privileges that may be adjusted or removed at any time. We make no promise to maintain specific ranks or trophies and hold no liability for loss of progress due to maintenance or account suspension.

7. Portals to External Zones +

The Adventure may point toward external sites. We hold no authority over, and accept no blame for, the content or laws of those distant platforms. Your journey there is your own.

8. Disclaimers of the Command +

THE ADVENTURE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES. WE SPECIFICALLY DENY ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR QUALITY. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE STATION WILL BE ETERNAL OR ERROR-FREE. There is no gambling here, no prizes of worldly value, and no cash path. Achievements here hold no weight in real currency.

9. Boundaries of Liability +

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW, ZODIACBLITZ SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE STATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE STATION DURING THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS.

10. Excommunication +

We may freeze or end your access at any time, especially if we deem you have broken these Rules or the laws of Canada. You may close your own path at any time by contacting our station support.

11. Shifting Constellations +

We may alter the Adventure at our discretion. These Protocols may be updated by posting new versions here. Your continued presence signifies your acceptance of the changes.

12. Laws of the Land +

These Protocols are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You agree that any legal dispute shall be settled exclusively within the courts of Ontario, Canada.
